Shipping & Returns

No refunds or returns as all work are printed and made to order. There is no mass production. Please get in touch within 14 days to report any obvious faults/damage and a replacement will be issued to you. Be prepared to provide your order number, print edition, print title, and print number (if applicable). A return label will be sent and another print will be shipped out.

Other exchanges are not accepted as print editions are made to order.

All prints up to 29.7 x 42cm are flat-packed. Rolled prints will arrive in a heavy duty 10cm diameter tube.

Please allow up to 2 weeks of processing as production begins once an order is made. 

• Allow between 2-4 days to deliver in the UK 

• Allow between 3-8 days to deliver internationally (3-5 working days in Europe and 5-7 working days worldwide)

• Customers will receive a tracking number once items are shipped

• Items are shipped with Royal Mail standard or FedEx (UK)

• Items are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and Signed (International), or with couriers DPD, UPS, FedEx, and Parcelforce

Any customs charges (if applied) are to be paid by the customer when received.
